GENERAL MECHANICS

  1. Promo period: November 30 to December 3, 2023.
  2. For a minimum spend of single or fifteen (15) accumulated receipts per day purchased within November 30 to December 3, 2023 at any**
    Century City Mall establishment entitles a customer for a rebate and raffle coupon based on the following:
    a. Customers who purchase a minimum of 1,000 up to a maximum of 50,000 per day get a 10% rebate. See sample computation below:

    b. Rebates are given in gift vouchers which customers can use in Century City Mall for food and non-food items.
    c. For every 10,000 worth of purchases, customer is entitled to one (1) raffle coupon for a chance to win the following:
    i. One (1) Sunnies Face Beauty Kit
    ii. Two (2) Century City Mall Cinema Passes
    iii. One (1) ShoeGame Manila Cap
    iv. One-time Century City Mall Events Center Usage *claimable January to September 2024; 20k worth of incidental charges
    excluded
    v. One (1) Overnight Stay at Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua’s Standard Room with FREE Breakfast
  3. A maximum limit of 5,000 worth of Shopaholic gift vouchers per day will be given to shoppers who purchase 50,001 and above during the
    promo period (November 30 to December 3, 2023).
  4.  A maximum limit of five (5) raffle coupons will be given to shoppers who redeem their Shopaholic gift vouchers for every 50,000 purchase
    per day in single or fifteen (15) accumulated receipts.
  5. Transactions from the following stores/services will not be honored during Shopaholic Sale duration (November 30 to December 3, 2023):
    a. Century City Mall Parking
    b. Century City Mall Valet
    c. LBC
    d. DHL
    e. KFX (Foreign Exchange)
  6.  Redemption period of vouchers is until sixty (60) days from end of promo period.
  7. Shoppers may still redeem/claim their Shopaholic vouchers at the Concierge (Level 1) from December 4, 2023 to February 1, 2024.

HOW TO REDEEM VOUCHERS

  1. Customers must register at the Century Prime Rewards portal to avail of the promo at the Century Prime Rewards kiosk located at Level 2, Concierge Desk (near L’Optique).
  2. Customer can also register via mobile phone or laptop at the most convenient time by visiting https://centuryprimerewards.com/.
  3. After completing the registration, customer must input all valid purchase receipts via Century Prime Rewards Portal.
  4. To redeem the gift vouchers, customer must proceed to the Concierge at Level 2 and present a valid government ID and registered email address for account verification
  5. Shopaholic personnel at the Concierge shall verify and validate the actual receipt/s and information as provided by the customer in Century Prime Rewards Portal.
  6. Once verified, Shopaholic personnel at the Concierge will stamp the customer’s receipts and issue the corresponding amount of Shopaholic Gift vouchers.
  7. Customer must then acknowledge receipt of the said gift vouchers by signing in the log sheet with their signature.

HOW TO REDEEM RAFFLE COUPONS

  1. After receiving the rebate gift vouchers, customer shall receive one (1) raffle coupon for every 10,000 worth of purchases within the promo period. A maximum of five (5) raffle coupons will be given to shoppers per day for purchases with the Shopaholic Sale duration.
  2. Customers are encouraged to fill up their raffle coupon with their complete name, mailing address, email address, contact number and signature. Customer must drop the raffle coupon/s at the designated raffle box until December 15, 2023 – the end of redemption period.
  3. There will be twenty five (25) winners for the raffle draw: Five (5) Sunnies Face Beauty Kits, Twenty Two (22) Century City Mall Cinema Passes, Five (5) ShoeGame Manila Caps, One-time Century City Mall Events Center Usage *claimable January to September 2024; 20k worth of incidental charges excluded, Three (3) Overnight Stay at Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua’s Standard Room with FREE Breakfast
  4. Raffle winners will be drawn on December 15, 2023 to be witnessed by a DTI Representative.
  5. Raffle winners shall be notified via email, SMS, registered mail, and phone call on December 15, 2023. Winners will be announced on the official Facebook and Instagram account of Century City Mall.
  6. Customer can also register via mobile phone or laptop at the most convenient time by visiting https://centuryprimerewards.com/.
  7. After completing the registration, customer must input all valid purchase receipts via Century Prime Rewards Portal.
  8. To redeem the gift vouchers, customer must proceed to the Concierge at Level 2 and present a valid government ID and registered email address for account verification
  9. Shopaholic personnel at the Concierge shall verify and validate the actual receipt/s and information as provided by the customer in Century Prime Rewards Portal.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Customers must return the gift vouchers in case of refund for defective products bought during the Shopaholic promo period, November 30 to December 3, 2023. For store’s verification, customer must surrender the Shopaholic vouchers to the store for the refund to be approved.
  2. All Shopaholic vouchers can be used within Century City Mall, except in the following establishments:
    a. Century City Cinemas
    b. Century City Mall Parking
    c. Century City Mall Valet
    d. LBC
    e. DHL
    f. KFX (Foreign Exchange)
  3. Once the Shopaholic vouchers are redeemed, the total shopping amount submitted for the day will reset to zero (Php0.00) when you reach 50,000 worth of purchases. You will be eligible for another set of rebates on the next day of transaction.
  4. For company-issued receipts official receipts (OR), the company representative must present a Letter of Authorization signed by the company to be able to redeem the Shopaholic gift voucher at the Concierge.
  5. Transactions with purchase of other gift vouchers, gift certificates, and/or gift cards from any Century City Mall establishment on November 30 to December 3, 2024 will not be honored for Shopaholic redemption.
  6. Shopaholic and 12.12 Sale gift vouchers may not be used to purchase other gift vouchers, gift certificate and/or gift cards from any Century City Mall establishment during the Shopaholic Wonderland Sale 2023 duration.
  7. Shopaholic gift vouchers are valid for single transaction only.
  8. Shopaholic gift vouchers are valid from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
  9. Shopaholic gift vouchers are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
  10. Pop-up stores are included in the Shopaholic promo as long as the store issues official receipt.
  11. Century Cinemas are included in the Shopaholic Promo as long as the customer presents the actual Cinema ticket as proof of purchase.
  12. Century City Mall reserves the right to validate the store receipts. Receipts that are defaced, crumpled, perforated, photocopied, tampered or receipts lesser than ¾ its actual size will not be honored.
  13. All employees of Century City Mall, participating tenants and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
  14. Century City Mall reserves the right not to honor Shopaholic vouchers that are not validly obtained the customer or if vouchers have been tampered and its security features no longer exist.
