Christmas at Century Mall, Azure Urban Resort Residences
Christmas came to the mall of modern Makati as Century City Mall on Kalayaan Avenue celebrated its second Yuletide season with a dazzling Christmas decor and a series of joyful activities.
At the ground floor, a cluster of small Christmas trees flanked by reindeer and balls are housed under a life-sized gift frame. Kids can also meet and greet Santa at his favorite corner right next to the Christmas trees every Sunday this December.

Featuring another Century Properties development, Philippine Realty TV will soon highlight Azure Urban Resort Residences, Century’s six-hectare, beach-inspired condominium development in Parañaque City.
The first two towers of Azure, called Rio and Santorini, delivered a combined number of 1,700 units in 2013. The third Azure tower, St. Tropez, was turned over last year.
Life by the beach
“The Azure’s strength lies in its delivery of a permanent residence within a beach resort environment. Filipinos all over the world fully embraced the concept, because to us, life by the beach provides a relaxing and rewarding experience. We are proud to say that the Azure residents will fully experience this unique development concept—a new benchmark that the industry will see for the first time very soon,” Century Properties chief operating officer John Victor Antonio said.
All towers at the Azure are named after the world’s most popular beach destinations. Aside from Rio and Santorini, the other towers are St. Tropez, Positano, Miami, Maldives, Maui, Boracay and Bahamas.
The Paris Beach Club, one of the centerpieces of Azure, was designed to the specifications of international celebrity and style icon Paris Hilton. The three-level beach club was launched with no less than Paris flying in for the opening.
This one-of-a-kind beach facility features fine beach sand, simulated ocean waves, waterfalls and an infinity pool that overflows into two private beach coves located at the opposing ends of the development.
Recently, Century Properties launched Azure North in Pampanga. This development continues the company’s line of Azure Urban Resort Residences that has been known for its resort-oriented lifestyle, manmade beach and Paris Beach Club amenities.
But while the architecture of Azure in Parañaque was inspired by Miami’s white ocean-swept aesthetic, Azure North will be more organic, lush and sprawling. Its design inspiration came from the atolls and sentinel-like rocks that jut out from the ocean in some of the world’s enchanting destinations like Koh Samui, the Maldives and Palawan.
The proposed seven residential towers/townhouse clusters that form the residential component of the development evoke the sense of rocky outcrops that spring organically from the water and are topped with lush, verdant greenery—encapsulating a central beach oasis and its azure waters.
Its central piece is the manmade Azure North Beach, which will have a private island where one can host parties and special gatherings. A multilevel beach club, multipurpose event space, restaurants and bars complete the residential resort vibe.
International style icon Paris Hilton, who previously worked with Century Properties for the design of the beach club in Azure Parañaque, has again joined the developer in conceptualizing one of Azure North’s major amenity areas.
Azure North will rise at the western corner of the Northern Luzon Expressway. It is located near Robinsons Starmills and SM Pampanga. More information on Azure North is available at www.azurenorth.com.ph.
